Um, but again, I'm not going to use that. Um, you can see as we keep going, it gets a little too crazy. If we pop that in there and fit to parent, we can increase that and get different looks. I'm fine with one last thing you can do if you want, is come into the d formers again and add like, a twist. But it's something you might want, um, miss around with a bit these settings. Are the numbers pretty small? Because if you go to high, gets to curved and then it kind of takes away from the look we're going for. But if you want to add small numbers that you can and you can also do rotation. It might increase the size of some of these shapes coming off, but you don't want to do it too much because it explodes like that. So on the random, you could come in here to first of all scale, and you could miss with this to get different scales. Ah, you could also make more adjustments. So I'm gonna select my platonic and get the rotation tool and kind of rotate this around a bit. Um but this sheep still looks kind of weird. So I have a few written down and X is 17 when we have negative six and then we have three. Um, we don't want it to be that extreme, So let's go into parameter and knock some of these values down. With the mo extrude selected, we're gonna go to mo graph, affect er and random, and you can see that drastically increases the size of everything. You can mess around with and you can also mess around with the steps completely up to you. Now we're gonna set the extrusion steps to 15 and said it per step. So let's go back to noise on this, and you can see this is just a very subtle effect, but we're gonna create a bigger effect with theme o graph mo extrude and we're gonna add that just below are displaced or on the platonic, and you can see it displaces some of those polygons. But like I said, I'm gonna leave all this, um, as the default. Also, if we change the type, it would again change the shape. And then also, if we go to the platonic and bump up the segments, you can see we can get different shapes like that. And you can see that's a different shape. So instead of noise, we could do like foreign oy, um one. And you can also get different distortion using different noises. And then if we go back to the object tab, weaken, Bump that up to 50 and you get some distortion, Um, is very minimal. We're gonna go into shading on that and select noise. So I'm gonna use a few to formers and the 1st 1 I'm gonna uses a display, sir, and I'm gonna pop that onto the platonic. And there's so many different ways you can actually go about creating the shape. But you could also choose different ones if you'd like gonna bump up the size just a bit and move it up slightly. Um, I'm gonna get a platonic, and I'm gonna use the default settings here Segment one and the default type of style here. Ah, but you can use any three D object you see here to create your shape.

I'm gonna be creating a shape using platonic six. Um, I'm just gonna go ahead and hide my text here and hide the floor, but you can do this in a blank, but you can do this in a blank civil 40 file. I'm gonna use lighting anyway, but it is not necessary. I'm in my own light studio and you actually don't need a light room or light studio set up like you normally do for my simple 40 videos. C4D Creating Facet Shape: So we're in Cinema four D here. I hope you guys enjoy and let's get right into it.ΔΆ.

We're gonna add some shapes to him, add some color, clean him up a bit and finish off with our lovely posters. We're gonna start off in someone 40 and create these three D facets using refraction materials, and we're going to use a couple different techniques and we're gonna render out to different materials on the same object going to photo shop and use those to renders to create wonderfully colorful and refractive facets.
